1. Service Engagement:
- By engaging with Able Architects & Interiors for any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Consultation Fees:
- Consultancy services may incur a fee. This will be communicated upfront and agreed upon before the commencement of services.
3. Project Details:
- For Turnkey Project Work and Landscape Designing, all project details and specifications will be documented and agreed upon by both parties before commencement.
4. Payment Terms:
- Payment terms will be outlined in the project proposal. Payments are to be made as per the agreed schedule.
5. Scope of Work:
- The scope of work for each project will be defined in writing. Any additional work outside the scope will be subject to separate negotiation.
6. Project Timeline:
- Project timelines will be estimated based on the scope of work. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances may occur and will be communicated promptly.
7. Client Responsibilities:
- Clients are expected to provide timely feedback, approvals, and access to the project site as required for the project's progress.
8. Changes and Revisions:
- Minor changes and revisions to the project can be accommodated within reason. Major changes may be subject to additional fees.
9. Intellectual Property:
- All design concepts and materials produced by Able Architects & Interiors remain the intellectual property of Able Architects & Interiors.
10. Privacy:
- Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
11. Termination of Services:
- Either party has the right to terminate services in writing if there is a breach of these terms or if it becomes impractical to continue the project.
12. Limitation of Liability:
- Able Architects & Interiors shall not be liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising out of the services provided.
